0.1a - Day 1 Patch!


Wow thanks for the response everyone! We've gotten so much feedback and data already! We want to make the game smoother to play on the first playthrough, so are making a few changes to the difficulty level of the early game. (Don't worry about the full game becoming too easy, we already have tons of plans for difficulty modifiers!)

Changelog:

‣ Changed Mothership's abilities to be more consistent (and easier)

‣ Changed the enemy composition of certain encounters in act 1 and 2. (particularly, reduced the amount of Orchids that spawn in early act 2 encounters)

‣ Updated the tutorial to skip the second room and give an additional card reward instead.

‣ Disable buttons during transitions to prevent certain exploits

‣ Temporarily removed Chain from Annihilation (it wasn't working)

‣ Blob-ombs no longer spawn in holes.

‣ Effects that change Max Heat Sink now all occur at the same time. (just a visual UI fix)

‣ Doom attack previews no longer throw null exception
